Keep your Kogel Kolossos or ceramic pulley wheels running like the day you unboxed them. The Great Refresh is a prepaid annual service package you add at the point of purchase. Send your components back to Kogel HQ and our mechanics restore them to factory standard, mechanically and aesthetically.

How to redeem your refresh
- Check your timeline. Make sure you are inside the 15 month redemption window that starts the day you buy your refresh.
- Send us the details. Fill in the refresh request form below with your original order number and, for Levels 2 and 3, the Cerakote color code you want. You can also email info@kogel.cc or text us.
- Pack and ship. Clean your pulleys or cage assembly, package them and ship them to Kogel HQ.
- Ride refreshed. We inspect, service, strip, recoat, rebuild and ship your parts back, ready for another year of looking good on the bike.
Redemption window
Your refresh voucher aligns with your 12 month service interval and expires after 15 months. Send your parts in earlier than 12 months if you feel they need attention sooner.
Turnaround time
Standard, one week. Restorations using our in-stock lineup of over 100 Cerakote colors are completed and shipped within one business week of arrival.
Custom color order, two weeks. If you request a specialty color outside our stock palette, allow an extra week for us to source the mix.
Shipping
You are responsible for shipping your parts inbound to Kogel HQ. Kogel covers standard domestic outbound return shipping back to your door.
Crash and structural damage
The Great Refresh covers wear, tear, refinishing and bearing maintenance. If your components show severe crash damage or structural issues outside of standard warranty coverage, we will not send compromised gear back out. We will contact you with a crash replacement offer to get your rig back to factory fresh.
