🚴 Phase 1: “Very Few Questions Asked” Warranty

For the first 1–3 years (depending on your bearing type), we’ll replace or repair your product with minimal hassle. Just show proof of service and purchase — no need to ship parts unless something’s unusual.

✔️ What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Corrosion or wear under normal use
  • Craftsmanship issues
  • Applies to original and second-hand owners (with proof of purchase)

❌ What’s Not Covered:

  • Improper installation or modification
  • Crash damage or misuse
  • Chemical or cleaning product damage

🧰 Crash Replacement: If it’s not covered, we offer a discount to help get you back on the bike quickly.

🔧 Phase 2: Lifetime Warranty & Refurbishment

After the initial period, our Lifetime Program keeps you covered with service-based warranty support and refurbishment.

🏁 How It Works:

  1. Send your bearing with proof of service history
  2. We inspect, clean, re-grease, and replace worn parts
  3. Free or discounted repairs based on wear

🔍 Covered:

  • Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects
  • Non-crash performance issues

🚫 Not Covered:

  • Crash or impact damage
  • Neglect or improper service
  • Excessive wear past product lifespan

📬 How to Make a Claim

  1. Email info@kogel.cc or call (915) 777-5666
  2. Provide purchase & service history
  3. Ship product (you cover inbound, Kogel covers domestic outbound)
  4. We inspect and repair/replace as needed

  • Note for purchases made through third party vendors: If you did not buy your Kogel product through www.kogel.cc we will cover your warranties but will always ask you to file the claim through the point of purchase. Kogel respects the relationship we have built with our independent dealers. 
  • This includes purchases made through online platforms llike Ebay, Aliexpress or Amazon. We have found several counterfeit items being sold on these websites and would like the reseller to confirm your product was produced at our HQ in Texas.
